I love going to the vida salt room. This was my third time. It is so calming and you almost feel like you're at the beach. The tea was so good! They had changed things up in the room since I was last there. The little table with the decor and pillows was cute.

Just got my second massage from Monica at Vida and it was just as great as the first. A salt room visit is included with their spa services, and I couldn’t leave without one of their locally made candles! This place is a gem!

LOVE this place! So relaxing and it really cleanses and helps my breathing. Plus the bath and body products are beautiful, handmade and smell amazing!

Such a great experience and has helped me tremendously with my anxiety. It is an experience like no other and it is a must do because of the health benefits that salt therapy can offer. I will be a repeat customer.

I took my mom for her birthday and we sat in the room and it was so relaxing! It was so fun for us to do, to just go and relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. Highly recommend! Next time, we’re going to try their spa services!
